Finally... a simple and practical way to help curb your child's destructive behaviour!

CAGE stands for courage, attitude, growth and endurance.  Courage is the energy behind all great actions.  Attitude is everything.  Growth is life.  And Endurance is the ability to keep going.

The CAGE Physical Fitness ProgramTM is applied to meet the needs of youth between the ages of 14 and 18;  the program's main objective to develop and enhance self-esteem through physical training and goal setting.

The Cage Physical Fitness ProgramTM is self-directed by nature and designed to utilize existing community events and organizations.  The program is administered through a series of customized methods based on your child's specific needs.
